The Mitchell Law Firm commenced its law practice as a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in 1993, serving California’s Central Coast communities of Santa Clara, Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito counties.
Attorney Tab Mitchell obtained his law degree from the Emory University School of Law (Atlanta, Georgia) in 1982, at only 22 years of age. After completing post-graduate course work in aviation law at McGill University (Montréal, Canada), he spent the first decade of his law practice exclusively in the field of aviation accident litigation, with cases involving catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death.
